Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping fragmentation
Our expert team is highly cautious while packing the items with proper packaging materials to ensure safety and avoid damages during shipping process and mishandling by custom authorities. In most countries custom department inspects items thoroughly. We make sure to take detailed photographs of items while packing them and share them with clients to prove that there’s no defect or fault in items while shipping. De do not take responsibility for any mishandling by customs staff during the inspection or inadequate re-packing.
Faults and Damages
All defects and damages need to be immediately reported within 48 hours of the date of delivery of the order. Clients should share the photographs of the damaged products so we can resolve their issue.
Manufacturing Failure
Our experts with their fine chairmanship inspect products thoroughly to ensure there’s no fault and quality issue in our products. We always keep our clients informed about their order status and we share photographs of the finished product to our clients before shipping. If there’s any manufacturing defect, quality issue you must inform us within 48 hours of the time you have received the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
False Measurements & Wrong Size
We don’t accept returns for incorrect measurements and wrong sizes that you have ordered. We suggest our clients to follow our measurement guide and be careful while taking their measurements to avoid any kind of inconvenience.
Exchanges
We advise you to use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods. Please pack all returns appropriately. Please confirm about the custom duty and fees before sending the item back we are responsible for any kind of custom duty or import charges. Buyers have to pay for the return cost and pay the cost for reshipping for exchange. If a wrong size or item sent to you by us in that case we are responsible for exchange shipping.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return if the item is in genuine condition and not damaged, We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
